Since the July 5 Urumqi Riot, which caused more than one hundred people dead, Rebiya Kadeer, the chairwoman of the World Uyghur Congress (WUC), has showed no trace of remorse or sympathy, but tried desperately to smother up her crimes with lies one after another.

Immediately after the incident, Kadeer convened an emergency conference, at which the separatists agreed to continue to instigate chaos and exacerbate the situation by inciting their followers in and outside China to create unrest. Besides, Kadeer moved around to cheat for support by telling lies.

Kadeer denies being a separatist, but in fact she publicly supports the establishment of an independent "East Turkistan" in Xinjiang. She announced 800 Uyghurs dead in the incident, which has been proved to be another flat lie. She showed pictures as evidence in front of the TV screen, but in no time the pictures were exposed as fake. She attempted to disguise herself as a pacifist, but in fact it is exactly she who masterminded the violent crimes in Urumqi.

Kadeer even lies to her family members. In a letter to Kadeer, her son Khahar, daughter Roxingul and younger brother Memet expressed their discontent for her betrayal of promises of not taking part in separatist activities and voiced their moral indignation over the riot.

Lies, even repeated a thousand times, remain lies. A clumsy liar draws the derision of those with discerning eyes, and each lie Kadeer tells will be a display of her true separatist nature.
