1. Basic documentation and application form:

A passport with a valid period of no less than 6 months and at least a blank visa page;

One complete set of application form (three pages including one Declaration) with one recent passport size photograph (black and white or colour);

Note: if the application form is not completely filled out, or it is not legible, this can cause procedure delay or the visa to be denied.

2. Sierra Leone citizens, whatever passports they bearing, or on whatever purpose, should apply for visa four weeks earlier if they intend to visit Hong Kong.

One Hong Kong sponsor or trader partner is necessary for Sierra Leonean who intends to visit Hong Kong if not for official business.

Businessman who applies for Hong Kong visa should prepare the basic documents as follows:

(1).One invitation letter from Hong Kong;

(2).Company license certificate (valid license, registration certificate and application form for renewal or registration);

(3).Bank statement;

(4).Any other commercial documents(commercial invoice, bill of lading)

3. Hong Kong Visa Fee:

Hong Kong Visa Fee includes Communication Fee (i.e. Le 67,000 while the application is submitted and transferred to Hong Kong Immigration Department) and H.K. Visa Issuance Fee (i.e. Le 68,000 when the application is approved by HKID and is issued by the Embassy).
